Valeo Hotel - Balchik

This hotel is situated right next to the sea, offering breathtaking views. The rooms, especially those with a sea view, provide a tranquil escape. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure guests have a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast offers a good variety of options to start the day off right.

Minor room maintenance issues need improvement.

Close to beach. Friendly staff - provide nice breakfast, they bought extra yohurt - even if it was not on the breakfast menu.

No elevator - lot's of stairs.

I liked the location - close to the sea and the castle. I also appreciated the cleanliess of the room.

Personnel at reception didn't understand English very well. The breackfast was not buffet, with only 3,4 options to choose from the menu and the serving was pretty slow.

Mind-blowing location with jaw-dropping beach view. Super helpful staff and clean, spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast options, and great nearby amenities.

did mind one thing, 1st night I was the only costumer in the hotel and got a double with a door separating the next room, and 2nd night they occupied the next room, and herd all the noise from neighbors. I did mind since we were the only costumers in the hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem along the coast, with a beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. The staff are polite and professional, ensuring the hotel is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with extra sofas and nice views to enjoy during your stay. The breakfast is simple but offers a great choice of espresso, fruits, yogurt, and oatmeal.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The nearest beach to the hotel was very small and very crouded; At the restaurants located on the seaside the very very very loud life music played till 2.30 in the night. As a result - no sleep and lot of headache :( ; Parking place for the car was not assured by the hotel. We parked the car in a parking place recommended by the hotel staff and in the morning we found the car with the driver window crashed and some personal things were stolen from the car :( although we had alarm ...

big room, nice view (from 3.rd floor - no reason to book sea view room if you are going to stay in the 1.st floor - all you will be able to see is house and tree benches). The receptionist girl changed our room and moved us to higher floor with in no time.

Great location close to the beach and city center. Loved the large room and the fact that we didn't have to pay for parking, as it was included. the restaurant food was delicious and the staff were friendly, speaking good English.

We had a terrible experience with noise from both the neighbors and the hallway. We could hear everything.

Breakfast is also included, offering a variety of options to start the day.

One aspect that could be improved is the reliability of the wifi connection.

I loved the sea view from the studio and the very large room. The bed was comfortable and quite big and the terrace very spacious and perfect for relaxation with a glass of wine, enjoying the nice view.

The jacuzzi and bar on the roof was not opened yet and we did not have any mini bar or refrigerator in the room.

Location, very close to the small beach which is the only beach in Balchik. The view, from a high floor and a room with a view. Try to avoid rooms without balcony. Staff kind, especially the older lady.

Upon arrival we were told that the room we booked (triple room with sea view) cannot be given to us due to a mistake...and we were offered a double room with no view. After complaining we were offered a studio as of the second night which we accepted. So, rather unreliable service but at least they corrected their mistake. There is also a disco not far from the hotel which starts at midnight and keeps on with loud music until at least 3am sometimes. Apparently, the whole resort is disturbed by it and not too much can be done. The breakfast is rather limited as regarding the choice, mainly eggs, but they are fresh.
